How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions last 50 minutes.
How much does each session cost?
Is counselling covered by my insurance provider?
Each 50-minute individual session is $150, each 50-minute couples/relationship session is $180. Rates are reviewed annually.

Probably! Many providers in New Brunswick cover the work of a Licensed Counselling Therapist. Please contact your provider to confirm and to determine how much coverage you have. I am also a registered VAC and Medavie Blue Cross provider.
Do you direct bill my insurance provider?
Not for insurance. I will provide you with a detailed receipt that clearly indicates my credentials. You can then submit for reimbursement. Payment is accepted by e-Transfer. If you have coverage through VAC, I am able to direct bill.
Are you taking on new clients?
I am currently taking on new clients for virtual sessions.
What else do I need to know?
Sessions take place online through a PIPEDA- and PHIPPA-compliant virtual service provider. Clients gain access to a link 30 minutes before each session.
